Shipping and delivery of your puppy have never been easier. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled, pet-friendly cabin within an airline-approved carrier. Prior to shipping, you will receive a flight number, estimated arrival time, and a reference number to track your puppy’s journey.

We handle all the arrangements, and you have two options for receiving your puppy:

• Home delivery: Your puppy is delivered directly to your address.
• Airport pickup: You can pick up your puppy at the airport using the provided reference/airbill number, just as you would for a passenger.

We provide sufficient food and water, so in the rare event of a layover or flight delay, your puppy remains well-nourished and hydrated.

Additionally, we check weather conditions before shipping to ensure safe transportation. If the weather is deemed hazardous, we will reschedule shipping for the next safest available time.
