Shipping Details

Shipping and delivery of your puppy have never been easier. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled, pet-friendly cabin within an airline-approved carrier. Prior to shipping, you will receive a flight number, estimated arrival time, and a reference number to track your puppy’s journey.

We handle all the arrangements, and you have two options for receiving your puppy:

  • Home delivery: Your puppy is delivered directly to your address.
  • Airport pickup: You can pick up your puppy at the airport using the provided reference/airbill number, just as you would for a passenger.

Shipping is completely safe and stress-free for your puppy. With over 11 years of experience shipping dogs, we prioritize non-stop direct flights whenever possible. Based on customer feedback, our puppies arrive happy, comfortable, and stress-free.

How We Ship Our Puppies

We use airline shipping because it is the fastest and safest way to transport puppies, especially for customers living in different states or distant locations. Our puppies are shipped in an airline-approved plastic pet kennel, customized to accommodate their size, weight, and travel duration. They ride in a special climate-controlled and pressurized compartment, separate from passenger luggage, ensuring maximum comfort.

Each shipping crate is clearly marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers for visibility. The crate is labeled with your destination airport, confirmation number, and contact details. To ensure your puppy is comfortable in transit, we introduce them to the crate beforehand so they feel at ease. We provide sufficient food and water, so in the rare event of a layover or flight delay, your puppy remains well-nourished and hydrated.

Additionally, we check weather conditions before shipping to ensure safe transportation. If the weather is deemed hazardous, we will reschedule shipping for the next safest available time. We ship Monday through Saturday and guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. Upon arrival, puppies may take a day or two to adjust, but most settle in quickly.

Nanny Shipping Option

For an even more personalized experience, we offer Nanny Shipping Services, where a professional Airline Puppy Nanny will accompany your puppy on the flight and hand-deliver them directly to you. This is the safest, most reliable, and least stressful way for your puppy to travel. The Puppy Nanny ensures your puppy receives the attention and care they need throughout the journey.
