At Paradise Boxer Puppies, all of our Boxer puppies come with a health guarantee. Within 10 days of purchasing your new puppy, you must take your Boxer to a licensed veterinarian for a full examination. If the vet finds that your dog is clinically ill or has passed away from an injury or illness that likely occurred before or on the date of purchase, please contact us immediately.
We are committed to ensuring that our Boxer puppies are in excellent health at the time of adoption. They are guaranteed to be free from any infections or contagious diseases. We consider ourselves not just breeders, but a family of passionate Boxer puppy lovers who are here for you even after the puppy goes home. While we cannot control every aspect of your puppy’s health—such as genetics, exercise, diet, and overall care—we are dedicated to doing everything we can to ensure your new companion stays healthy.
While we can’t promise that your Boxer will never face a health issue, we do offer a guarantee: if your puppy passes away within one year from birth due to a genetic condition or is diagnosed with congenital or hereditary disorders affecting their health, we will replace the puppy with one of equal value at no extra cost to you. A licensed veterinarian must certify the cause of death.
What We Need from You:
Nothing brings us greater joy than knowing you’ve welcomed a happy and healthy Boxer puppy into your home. To help ensure your puppy remains in the best health, we ask that you take the following steps: Send us a copy of the veterinary examination (medical record) within 4 business days of receiving your Boxer puppy. This must be done by a licensed vet. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so please avoid vaccinating within the first ten days. We’ll continue the proper de-worming and vaccinations until your puppy leaves, but we ask you to maintain regular de-worming and vet exams until your puppy is 16 weeks old (or as recommended by your vet).
Exceptions to Our Guarantee:
While we ensure your Boxer is healthy, there are certain things we cannot guarantee, including your puppy’s temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability. Our guarantee will be void if your puppy becomes overweight, particularly in breeds prone to hip dysplasia, or if timely vaccinations and veterinary care are not provided. This guarantee does not cover costs related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
Before your puppy comes home to you, we require an extensive health check by a licensed veterinarian, who will complete a Veterinary Health Report. This report ensures that every Boxer puppy is thoroughly examined for cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal health. The report will be filled out shortly before your puppy’s departure to ensure it reflects the most up-to-date evaluation. After receiving your puppy, we require that you have a licensed vet examine your Boxer within four days.
We are here to ensure your puppy stays healthy and happy, and we look forward to helping you welcome your new Boxer into your family!
